In my time at Hunter Douglas Ltd (Australia), I project managed a complete redesign of 5 corporate websites, including the leading consumer brand Luxaflex; B2B Portals and over 70 Franchise websites including CMS access for Licensees.

I introduced the first Consumer Email Marketing Program for Luxaflex based on simple, responsive design.

Online leads for Luxaflex increased 75% year-on-year over a two year period.

 

 

TrueLocal - B2B and User Generated Content

As Senior Content Producer at TrueLocal, the site developed from a basic business listings website - similar to Yellow Pages - to a full listings and Consumer Review Site, similar to Yelp.

Apart from creating content across the Website and for both online and offline marketing materials, I was also responsible for running the Local Stars program, the TrueLocal version of Yelp Elite, which saw a significant increase in reviews and engagement.

Other work included Writing and Editing Food, Travel and Recreation Guides for Australia's three Major East Coast Cities (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane), distributed through those cities largest circulating Daily newspapers.
